Japan Real-Estate Analysis Using Power-BI
This analysis is based on the real estate of Japan. I've conducted the analysis prefecture-wise. You can go to the Prefectures option to browse individual analyses. This page is the summarization of the whole analysis. Please note that the analysis done here is based on static data of real estate transaction prices in Japan from 2005 to 2019. This is just to showcase my BI expertise nothing else. You can use this dataset also, Thank you.

Here are some solutions of real life problems that I faced while working with Power BI as a Business Analyst.
Hospital Management System
It's a client-based project meaning the software is being used at this moment while you are reading this article. I've used Laravel as back-end and HTML, CSS & Js(DOM) as front-end. The institution using this software is Mainamati Cantonment General Hospital. A modular approach was taken in the development of this project. It was divided into 5 different modules. I've descriptive videos explaining the modules and giving a project overview within the module scope. Check out the Git repository and videos. This doesn't have a live preview because of security reasons and the nature of the project.
TEK Engineering, company portfolio
I built this one-paged portfolio landing page design for one of my clients. I used basic HTML, CSS & JS as required for easy customization later. This template is 100% responsive on all three types of devices such PC, tablets & mobiles. It has a live preview available. I can not share the git repository due to the client's condition.

Near-Earth objects are asteroids and comets with orbits that bring them to within 120 million miles of the Sun, which means they can circulate through the Earth's orbital neighborhood. This analysis is about foreign object hazard probability. I've divided the project into 3 parts which are data cleaning, dashboard & data story.
